All our coaching programs utilize a 2-coach system with Khai McBride and an associate coach to coach you together. This allows us to have two sets of eyes and ears to make sure no points or ideas are missed, and both coaches can brainstorm between calls to evaluate progress and effective direction, eliminating any potential blinders. With Khai’s area of expertise being systems, mindset, and entrepreneurial business models, he can focus on big picture growth planning while the associate coach is a current successful loan officer who can lead the direction on tactical day-to-day strategies.
