In this unique program, you will be coached by Khai McBride and an associate coach live on location with a room of like-minded industry peers. It is an opportunity to get out of your day-to-day environment to a place where inspiration and accountability are high. At each workshop, you’ll focus on and strategize what’s most pressing in your business and get objective feedback from the coaches and the other successful mortgage professionals in the room. Fresh perspectives and breakthroughs are inevitable, making it a mind-stretching, exhilarating day. At the end of the day, you’ll leave armed with new thinking and tools, plus objectives for the next 90 days. Quarter by quarter, you change the way you think and do things, and the way you see yourself and your business. Your results improve, your freedom increases, and your opportunities expand. The Mastermind Program is a total support system for successful mortgage professionals with their sights set on unlimited growth and freedom. Choose this program if you prefer a less structured format and would like to harness the power of your peers.

Program focus

The mastermind program pursues the same objectives as our signature coaching program in a different format. The goal is the same: to get proficient in all the areas necessary for easier, faster growth in your business.
  • Level 1: Personal structure/time management, sales skills, mindset, networking and creating a Realtor referral base, establish a database and proper lead and client tracking, establishing value proposition and higher client conversion, financial literacy
  • Level 2: Creating systems for predictability and growth, building a team, advanced value propositions, events, targeting better Realtors, establishing a CRM and Social Media presence, proper hiring
  • Level 3: Leadership, leveraging resources, entrepreneurial systems, brand awareness and advanced presentation techniques, EQ enhancement and targeting Top 1% Realtors, advanced CRM, team growth and management
  • Level 4: Establishing stability and consistency, expansion into different markets or goals, developing a marketing assistant and business development partner, major media channels and outreach, joint venture marketing, innovative technology
